Eligibility for Exchange and Refund

1. Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.

2. Sale items are not returnable

3. Products not as per description on the website OR a wrong item sent

4. Booking amount is not refundable if order dispatched or Order taken in the process,

5. Incase of damage courier bag/ packing of the parcel please make video and then open it, in case of damage product or any inconveniences 

6. If any issue with product kindly complaint your issue within 48 hours from the date of delivery 

7. Incase of missing of complementary items with the dress like, Shoe and Headband, customer can't ask for refund, we are charging for only for the dress, if possible will arrange missing item in you future orders
